Product overview
The DIMD-10KM is a membrane degasser for rapid deoxygenation, online degassing and dispensing of purified water, distilled water and surfactant-free dissolution media from pH 1 to 14. It handles any volume, from as little as 100 mL, at a processing speed of 1.6 L/min.
Media is preheated inline before degassing, which improves degassing efficiency and shortens the heating wait in the dissolution tester. Heating can be set from 35°C to 42°C with ±2°C accuracy, or switched off. Dispensing volume is set in 0.1 L steps with ±1% accuracy for volumes of 2 L or more, and degassing reaches 3.0 to 5.0 mg/L, upgradeable to 2.8 mg/L or less.
A high-resolution LCD touch interface lets a single operator complete degassing and dispensing alone. Optional 40, 25 or 20 μm wire mesh pre-filters are available, and all internal components can be replaced quickly. Rated power is 1700 W, and inlet media should be at least 18°C.
