Product overview
The DBI-100VII is a dry block heating system with precise microprocessor temperature control, designed as an alternative to a water bath for sample incubation, catalysis and storage. It holds four blocks arranged in two temperature groups, A and B, that can run independently or at the same time from one interface.
Temperature is set from 0 to 100°C and controlled from room temperature +5°C to 100°C, with accuracy and uniformity of ±0.3°C at 37°C and 0.1°C display resolution. Heating from 25°C to 100°C takes 15 min or less, and the timer runs from 1 min to 99 h 59 min or continuously.
A range of aluminium blocks is available, including 15-position blocks for 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL tubes, and custom blocks can be made. Automatic preheating, automatic running, auto resume after power failure, built-in calibration and over-heating protection are standard.
