Product overview

The BA-M500 moisture balance rapidly determines the moisture content of solids, granules, powders, colloids and liquids for laboratory and production use across many industries. It weighs samples up to 220 g with 5 mg accuracy and reads moisture to 0.01% over a range of 0.01 to 100%.

A tungsten halogen ring heating source heats the sample evenly for thorough drying, while an imported PW series load cell limits temperature and time drift. Four test modes are available: automatic, timed (1 to 360 min), manual and stage measurement, which tests samples at different temperature stages.

The 7 inch capacitive touch screen shows moisture, weight and temperature curves at the same time and displays 12 parameters, including moisture and solid content, test duration and initial and final weight. The latest 50 results are stored for review.
