Horizontal Tube Furnace 1200 °C FNC-TB1200 Series
Request a quoteOverview
The FNC-TB1200 Series is a horizontal tube furnace that uses a high-purity quartz tube as the furnace tube, with a single heating zone. It reaches 1200 °C for short periods and works continuously at up to 1100 °C, with a heating rate of 0 to 20 °C/min (0 to 10 °C/min recommended).
Models are offered with tube diameters of 40, 60, 80 and 100 mm, total tube lengths of 800 or 1000 mm and standard heated lengths of 205, 350 or 440 mm. Temperature accuracy is ±1 °C and uniformity ±5 °C, measured by a K type thermocouple. PID control with SCR phase-angle firing drives resistance wire elements, and a 30-segment time-temperature curve can be set freely.
The alumina ceramic fiber chamber sits inside a double-layer steel case with an air cooling fan that keeps the exterior safe to touch. Options include other chamber sizes, a touch screen with USB, RKC computer control software and a door safety interlock.
