Product overview
The NEC100-R24M concentrates high-throughput, small-volume samples by blowing nitrogen onto each vial while the sample rack is heated from room temperature to 100°C. It holds 24 positions and accepts 2 mL and 5 mL centrifuge vials and 2 mL GC vials, and the reserved rack space also suits 1.5 mL vials and 1 to 2 mL QuEChERS tubes.
Gas is distributed over up to 4 channels, each with its own valve, and the flow rate is set in software from 0 to 3.0 L/min in 0.1 L/min steps, independent of how many channels are open. The needles descend at a controlled 0 to 100.0 mm/min to follow the liquid level over a travel of up to 50 mm.
All parameters are set and stored on a built-in 7-inch touch screen. Typical uses include sample preparation for chromatographic analysis and QuEChERS workflows.
