Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor NAE-0196
Request a quoteOverview
The NAE-0196 is an automatic nucleic acid extractor based on magnetic bead separation. Magnetic rods fitted with disposable tip combs collect, release, transfer and incubate magnetic beads between deep-well plates filled with reagents. Used with matching extraction kits, it purifies nucleic acids from saliva, swabs, dried blood spots, whole blood, serum or plasma, and animal and plant tissues.
It processes 1 to 96 samples per run and can extract 96 samples within 13 minutes. The heating module and magnetic rod head can be swapped for a 24-channel set for large volume extraction, with input volumes from 20 μL to 5 mL. Temperature control covers 10 to 99°C, bead recovery is above 99.5% and repeated bead collection keeps residual beads below 0.5%.
A closed enclosure with UV sterilization and a level 11 HEPA filter reduces aerosol contamination. Mixing amplitude adjusts automatically to the liquid volume to prevent overflow, programs resume after a power cut, and more than 500 programs can be stored on the 7-inch color screen.
