Product overview

The PB-800M is a pass box used in clean workshops to transfer goods between two clean rooms, or between a clean room and a non-clean area. Using a pass box reduces how often clean room doors are opened, which keeps contamination of the clean room to a minimum.

The doors on both sides are fitted with a mechanical interlock so that they cannot be opened at the same time, letting the box act as an airlock. A UV lamp inside provides sterilization and disinfection of the chamber.

The internal chamber measures 800 × 800 × 800 mm and the external size is 985 × 880 × 920 mm, running on 220 V, 50/60 Hz. The unit can be customized, including as an air shower pass box that automatically blows and showers items after the door closes to remove dust.
