PCR-G96XG Three-Block Gradient Thermal Cycler
Request a quoteOverview
The PCR-G96XG provides 96 positions as three independent blocks of 32 × 0.2 mL wells. Six long-life Peltier units form three circuits, so each block can run a different gradient PCR program at the same time, with a gradient range of 30 to 105°C and a 0.1 to 30°C spread. Ramp rates reach 5°C/s, with ≤±0.2°C uniformity and ≤±0.1°C accuracy across a 0 to 105°C range.
An 8 inch capacitive touch screen with graphical interface handles setup and monitoring, shows remaining time and allows editing during a run. More than 200,000 PCR files can be stored in folders, with 11 built-in templates, USB data transfer and Wi-Fi control from a mobile app or PC. Email notification reports run status.
The pressure-protected hot lid adjusts steplessly for different tube heights and works from 25 to 115°C. GLP reports, three-tier user permissions, power failure recovery and one-click incubation for denaturation, enzyme digestion and ELISA steps complete the feature set.
