Request a quoteOverview
The PP-Z400 drive combined with the PH-Z1460 pump head is a peristaltic pump suited to fine dosing, running at 0.1 to 400 rpm for flow rates of 0.0063 to 1460 mL/min. It accepts 13#, 14#, 16#, 17#, 18#, 19# and 25# tubing with a 1.6 mm wall, and filling volume resolution is 0.001 to 0.01 mL depending on the tube.
Timed, copy and volume dispensing modes cover volumes from 15 µL to 9999 L, with dispensing times and intervals of 0.1 to 999.9 s, up to 9999 cycles and a suck-back angle adjustable up to 720 degrees. Dual-CPU control and a stepper motor give ±0.5% repeatability that is not affected by load. The 3.5-inch LCD, membrane keypad and control knob handle setup, and RS232, RS485, analog speed inputs, TTL signals and foot switch or sensor control support automation.
The portable unit has a carrying handle and power-off memory, and is used for precise filling in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological and environmental laboratories.
