The PP-Z400 drive with PH-Z1880 pump head is a peristaltic pump for transfer and dispensing, running at 0.1 to 400 rpm for flow rates of 0.169 to 1880 mL/min with 15#, 24#, 35# and 36# tubing. A dual-CPU design separates drive and control, and one-key filling gives repeatability of ±0.5%.
Three dispensing modes are available: timed, copy and volume dispense, covering 400 µL to 9999 L with dispensing times of 0.1 to 999.9 s and a suck-back angle adjustable up to 720 degrees. Flow can be calibrated, and the pump supports start, stop, reverse and full-speed purge. A 3.5-inch LCD shows all parameters, and external control includes 4-20 mA, 0-10K, TTL start/stop and direction, RS232 and RS485, plus foot switch and sensor inputs.
The housing is PPS, the four rollers are 304 stainless steel and gaskets are PTFE. It suits small and medium dose filling in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological, laboratory and environmental applications.

0.169 to 1880 mL/min at 0.1 to 400 rpm, depending on tubing size.
Timed, copy and volume dispensing from 400 µL to 9999 L with adjustable suck-back up to 720 degrees.
Separate drive and control processors give one-key filling with ±0.5% repeatability.
4-20 mA and 0-10K speed control, TTL start/stop and direction, RS232 and RS485 communication.
PPS housing, 304 stainless steel rollers and PTFE gaskets.
Settings are retained after power loss, and a coated circuit board improves interference resistance.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
