Planetary Ball Mill PBM-G Series
Request a quoteOverview
The PBM-G Series planetary ball mills grind and mix soft, hard, brittle and fibrous samples, wet or dry, and also meet the requirements of colloidal grinding. They serve engineering and electronics, building materials, agriculture, medicine, chemicals, geology and metallurgy, environment and recycling, and glass and ceramics, with samples ranging from plant material and cement clinker to ores, catalysts and polymers.
Three models are offered: PBM-G40 with 2 or 4 stations, 30 to 400 rpm and a 360 mm sun wheel; PBM-G6P with 1 station and 100 to 650 rpm; and PBM-G20 with 2 stations and 50 to 650 rpm. Feed size is below 10 mm and final fineness below 0.1 μm, reaching nanometer scale in colloidal grinding. Jars range from 12 to 500 mL depending on the model.
Automatic direction reversal avoids agglomeration, programmed parameters give reproducible results, and an automatic ventilation system cools the grinding chamber for long continuous operation. Jars have a safe closure for gas-tight, dust-proof grinding.

13 parameters
PBM-G40, PBM-G6P and PBM-G20 with 1, 2 or 4 grinding stations.
Grinds feed below 10 mm to under 0.1 μm, down to nanometers for colloids.
Handles soft, hard, brittle and fibrous samples and mixing tasks.
Automatic reversal prevents agglomeration during grinding.
Automatic ventilation of the grinding chamber supports continuous operation.
Safe closure device keeps jars gas-tight and dust-proof.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
