Planetary Ball Mill PBM-YXMQ
Request a quoteOverview
The PBM-YXMQ planetary ball mill performs dry and wet fine grinding to a final fineness below 100 nm, and is also used for sample mixing, nano-dispersion, homogenization and mechanical alloying. It suits research institutes and industrial laboratories in geology, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, lithium batteries and electronics.
The mill takes 2 or 4 grinding stations, with jars of 50, 100, 250 and 500 mL (smaller jars with adapters) and a maximum throughput of 4 x 500 mL. The sun disk runs from 10 to 400 rpm with a 1:2 transmission ratio, giving jar speeds of 20 to 800 r/min. Feed size is below 5 mm, or below 10 mm for soil. Jars are available in stainless steel, agate, zirconium oxide, corundum, tungsten carbide, nylon, polyurethane, PTFE and other materials.
Gear drive with an enclosed oil-bath seal and noise-reduction materials lowers noise and extends service life. Grinding time, interval, direction and speed are programmable, with power-off memory, emergency stop and overload protection.
