Product overview
The STP-AL series are semi-automatic portable autoclaves with an intelligent microcomputer control system and LED digital display. Three sizes are available: STP-A18L at 18 L, STP-A24L at 24 L and STP-A30L at 30 L, all with a stainless steel chamber of 269 mm diameter.
Temperature is set from 50°C to 126°C at a rated working pressure of 0.142 MPa, and time from 1 to 999 minutes. Fixed programs can be preset, and the memory stores the last sterilization procedure for repeat runs. The unit sounds an alarm and shuts down when sterilization is finished.
The control system monitors chamber temperature and pressure in real time, and the quick-open lid can only be opened when both are at safe levels. Safety devices include the interlock, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, anti-dry burn protection, a safety relief valve, a leakage protector and automatic fault detection. Power is 220 V, 2 kW.
