Product overview
The PCR-Q32 Series is a 32-well fluorescence quantitative PCR system built around two independent 16-well blocks of 0.2 mL tubes, so two different files can run simultaneously. Four fluorescence channels are available, and 32 bundled optical fibers collect fluorescence from the side of each well to increase signal intensity and reduce light transmission losses.
Custom Marlow Peltier elements control the block from 0 to 100°C at up to 5°C/s with ±0.25°C uniformity for 15 to 100 µL reactions. Long-life LED excitation, a high sensitivity photoelectric detector and a black reaction block provide a dynamic range up to 10 log copies and 1 copy sensitivity.
The 7 inch touch screen runs embedded Windows 10 with software for quantitative and qualitative analysis, melting curves and genotyping, so reports can be produced without a computer. 20 GB of memory holds 40,000 experiments, data exports as Excel, CSV or TXT over Wi-Fi or USB, and an optional printer, electromagnetic lid lock and side-by-side venting are included in the design.
