REV-1000AX Laboratory Rotary Evaporator with Vacuum Control
Request a quoteOverview
The REV-1000AX is a compact laboratory rotary evaporator for sample bottles from 25 to 1000 mL, with a maximum water evaporation rate of 25 mL/min. A large color touch screen with menu interface shows multiple parameters, stores commonly used methods for one-button start, and supports USB data export and printing.
The built-in vacuum control system covers 0 to -0.1 MPa with automatic pressure release at the end of the run and a 10-stage gradient distillation program; the equipment vacuum can reach 2 mbar. Rotation runs from 0 to 310 rpm with forward, reverse and intermittent modes for drying powders. The Teflon-coated water and oil bath heats to 99°C ±0.5°C with water and 210°C ±2°C with oil, and slides 120 mm sideways.
The vertical three-layer serpentine condenser has 0.18 m² of condensing area with drip point and anti-backflow design. Automatic lift with safety stop, anti-dry and over-temperature warnings, and automatic standby protect unattended runs.
