Rotary Evaporator REV-1005II
Request a quoteOverview
The REV-1005II is a rotary evaporator with a 5 L evaporating flask and 3 L collecting flask for solvent removal and concentration. All parts in contact with the material are high borosilicate 3.3 glass and PTFE, and the system is sealed with a PTFE and fluororubber compound seal, reaching a vacuum of 0.095 MPa.
A brushless geared motor rotates the flask from 0 to 120 rpm without sparks and with low noise, and a second brushless motor lifts the bath electrically over a 140 mm stroke. The 304 stainless steel bath heats from room temperature to 180 °C with ±1 °C accuracy via a PT100 probe, and one large LCD controls rotation, heating and lifting together. An upright double-layer serpentine condenser offers 0.5 m² of condensing area.
A piston feed valve allows continuous feeding under vacuum, and a vacuum switching valve lets material be collected and discharged without breaking vacuum. Over-temperature cut-off, anti-dry protection, double fuses and no automatic reheating after a power cut are included.
