VACP-T8D / VACP-T24D Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
Request a quoteOverview
The VACP-T8D and VACP-T24D are oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps in which rotating vanes on an eccentric rotor draw in, compress and exhaust gas. Nominal pumping speeds are 8 m³/h (2 L/s) and 24 m³/h (6 L/s), with a partial ultimate pressure of 5×10⁻² Pa and a total ultimate pressure of 1 Pa without gas ballast.
Internal parts use corrosion-resistant materials, a magnetic shaft sleeve improves reliability and a built-in active anti-suck-back valve prevents oil return on shutdown. The adjustable gas ballast valve helps remove water vapour, with vapour pumping capacities of 230 and 300 g/h, and a forced oil supply keeps operation stable and quiet at 58 to 62 dBA. Both models use a KF25 inlet and are available in single-phase or three-phase versions.
Typical applications include semiconductor work, space simulation, pharmaceutical R&D, chemical engineering, metallurgy, vacuum furnaces, vacuum coating and lamp manufacturing.

Choose 8 m³/h with the VACP-T8D or 24 m³/h with the VACP-T24D.
An active valve prevents oil from flowing back into the vacuum system when the pump stops.
The ballast valve can be adjusted to discharge water vapour in different processes.
Internal parts use corrosion-resistant materials and processes, with fewer parts for easier maintenance.
Forced oil supply gives stable running at 58 to 62 dBA depending on model and ballast setting.
Standard KF25 inlet with single-phase or three-phase power options.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
