Automatic Medical Sealer with Printing TMS-AP105P

The TMS-AP105P is an automatic continuous sealer for medical sterilization pouches, with built-in printing. It seals at 10 ±0.5 m/min with a 12 mm seal width and an adjustable sealing margin of 0 to 35 mm.

Working temperature can be set anywhere from 60 to 220°C with control accuracy within ±1%, and four common temperatures (60, 120, 180 and 220°C) are preset for quick switching. Microcomputer-controlled rapid heating and auxiliary cooling shorten the wait when changing temperature, and flat ceramic heating elements heat quickly and evenly. If the temperature drifts more than ±4°C from the setting, the machine stops automatically.

A 7-inch color touch screen with Chinese and English display and printing, a built-in clock and stored parameters controls the unit. A sealing counter records 0 to 9999 seals, and the printer can add margins, interval symbols and operator identification. A floating constant pressure structure handles gusseted and paper bags of different thicknesses, and standby time and temperature are adjustable.
