DBI-PR80-4 Microplate Thermo Shaker Incubator

The DBI-PR80-4 is a thermostatic shaker for four standard microplates or deep well plates, combining incubation and shaking in one unit. It controls temperature from room temperature +5 °C to 80 °C with ±0.5 °C accuracy and uniformity, and shakes at 200 to 1350 rpm on a 3 mm orbit.

PID fuzzy control sets the heating rate automatically to shorten waiting time, reaching 80 °C from 25 °C in 10 minutes or less. A brushless DC motor gives low-noise, maintenance-free operation, and running parameters and status are displayed in real time. Automatic preheating, automatic resume after power interruption, temperature calibration and hardware and software over-temperature protection are included. The timer runs from 1 minute to 99 h 59 min or continuously.

It is used for sample incubation, catalytic reactions, mixing and short-term sample storage.
