DBI-TCS10 Thermo Shaker with Cooling

The DBI-TCS10 is a temperature-controlled shaker for molecular biology. Because it cools as well as heats, it can hold 14°C for ligation reactions, 17°C for storing oocytes or ice-bucket temperatures for samples, as well as running enzyme reactions and deactivation and PCR sample preparation.

The temperature is set from 0 to 100°C and controlled from room temperature -20°C to 100°C with ±0.3°C accuracy and uniformity. Heating from 25°C to 100°C takes 15 min or less, cooling from 100°C to 25°C 10 min or less, and cooling from room temperature to 20°C below it 20 min or less. Shaking runs from 200 to 1500 rpm on a 3 mm orbit.

The LCD shows set and actual speed, time and temperature together. A lifter makes it easy to change blocks, and precision wells give uniform heat transfer. Multi-point running up to 5 points, up to 99 cycles, auto heating, auto resume, 4°C storage and over-temperature protection are included.
