Sieve Shaker SIV-G2000
Request a quoteOverview
The SIV-G2000 sieve shaker batch-sieves solid particles and powders such as sand, rock, clay, granite, feldspar, coal, soil, grain and seeds. Its electromagnetic drive produces three-dimensional motion that throws the sample and spreads it evenly over the whole sieve, giving fast, accurate and repeatable results.
The measuring range is 20 μm to 25 mm, with sieve diameters of 100, 150, 200 or 203 mm (8 inch), up to 9 fractions and a maximum feed of 3 kg. Amplitude is adjustable from 0.2 to 3.0 mm, sieving time from 1 to 99 min, and intermittent operation from 0 to 99 s, which improves separation and keeps sieve openings from blocking.
All parameters are set digitally on a 5 inch LED touch screen, and 20 parameter combinations can be stored. Both dry and wet sieving are supported. The unit is quiet and maintenance free, and can be connected to a computer running sieving software for data processing and evaluation.
