Sieve Shaker TS-200
Request a quoteOverview
The TS-200 sieve shaker is used for inspection, screening, grading, particle size analysis and foreign matter analysis of solids, powders and slurries. It serves research and test laboratories and production control in food, medicine, chemicals, abrasives, pigments, mining, metallurgy, geology, ceramics and defense.
A vibration motor drives the base, which transmits vibration to standard test sieves up to 200 mm in diameter. Particles smaller than each mesh pass to the sieve below, layer by layer, so each sieve retains a single size fraction. Up to eight sieves, including the bottom pan, can be stacked to separate material into 2 to 7 fractions at once, covering sieve sizes from 0.025 to 50 mm.
Amplitude is adjustable from 0 to 3 mm at a frequency of 1440 vibrations per minute, driven by a 0.125 kW motor. A timer shuts the unit down automatically. The shaker runs below 50 dB, weighs 30 kg and stands on the bench without fixing.
