Product overview
The DOF-HAS-A Series uses high temperature dry heat to destroy microorganisms by oxidation and protein denaturation, sterilizing glassware and heat-stable materials within a set heating time. Five models offer chamber volumes from 34 L to 188 L, all working from ambient plus 10°C up to 250°C with ±0.5°C fluctuation and 0.1°C resolution.
A PID controller with PT100 sensor adapts its parameters to ambient conditions and load to reduce energy use. The large LCD shows parameters in real time and supports fixed value and timed running from 1 to 9999 minutes, ending with an END message and beep. An optional program controller stores up to 30 programs, and an intelligent touch screen with data storage is also available.
A rear-suction, bottom vertical air supply fan circulates heated air for good uniformity. The laser-cut cabinet has a brushed stainless steel chamber with rounded corners, removable stainless shelves and a silicone door seal, protected by a leakage protector and over-temperature alarm.
