Product overview
The MSC-T08B is a finite-optics teaching microscope for biology, cytology and histology classes in school laboratories. A Siedentopf binocular head gives an ergonomic, easy-to-use viewing position, and optical coatings provide transmittance of at least 95%.
Achromatic objectives of 4X, 10X, 40X and 100X on a quadruple nosepiece are paired with WF10X and WF16X eyepieces. The double-layer mechanical stage measures 105 × 115 mm with a 60 × 20 mm moving range, and an Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser focuses light onto the specimen.
Coaxial coarse and fine focusing covers 20 mm with 0.01 mm fine graduation. LED illumination with continuously adjustable brightness and a 100 to 240 V supply make the unit simple to set up in classrooms.
