Product overview
The TGA-1550 is a thermogravimetric analyzer for measurements from room temperature to 1550 °C at heating rates of 0.1 to 100 °C/min. The micro balance covers 0.01 mg to 3 g, expandable to 50 g, with 0.01 mg precision and 0.1 µg resolution, and isothermal holds can be programmed from 0 to 300 min, extendable to 72 h.
The furnace is heated by double-row custom nickel-chromium windings, and a water thermostatic device isolates furnace heat from the chassis and balance. The power supply and circulation cooling are separate from the main unit to reduce heat and vibration effects, the top-opening design simplifies loading, and the furnace body can be changed to suit customer requirements. An ARM processor with four-channel AD sampling and PID control runs up to five heating and isothermal segments.
A built-in gas flow meter provides two-way gas switching with multi-stage automatic changeover. USB software allows remote operation, TG/DTG processing and comparison of five curves, and TG calibration can be performed from the 7-inch touch screen.
