Product overview
The THKT-4 measures the thickness of tablets and capsules. It determines the wall thickness and top thickness of capsules, and the diameter and thickness of tablets, pills and similar dosage forms.
Measurement uses a high-quality precision dial indicator, giving a test range of 0 to 30 mm with an accuracy of ±0.01 mm. It accepts capsule sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4.
The instrument is compact at 160 × 60 × 50 mm and needs no power supply, making it a simple tool for routine dimensional checks in pharmaceutical quality control.
