Product overview
The LWP-F3 series are ultrapure water purifiers with a colour touch screen, producing 10, 20 or 30 L/h from municipal tap water and dispensing at 1.5 to 2 L/min from a built-in 8 L pressure tank. They are offered in four configurations, LWP-F3, LWP-F3-F, LWP-F3-V and LWP-F3-VF, which add ultrafiltration, UV or both. Two outlets supply RO water with 95 to 99% salt rejection and ultrapure water at 18.25 MΩ·cm, with TOC below 10 ppb or below 3 ppb on UV versions, and pyrogen below 0.001 EU/mL on ultrafiltration versions.
Pre-treatment uses a self-cleaning 10 µm stainless steel mesh filter and a long-acting KDF filter rated at more than ten times the life of an equal quantity of activated carbon. A feed water pressure gauge shows supply pressure and filter blockage, and consumable life is tracked with replacement reminders. Sensors monitor feed, RO and UP water quality, and timed and volume dispensing are supported.
The system runs on 24 VDC low voltage for safety in humid conditions, exports alarm and dispensing history over USB, and can be fitted with an internal circulation system. Applications include HPLC, IC, GC, biochemical analysis, blood tests and general analytical work.
