Request a quoteOverview
The GM-G200 ultra centrifugal mill uses a two-stage rotor and ring sieve grinding system to perform rapid dry or wet grinding of soft, hard, brittle and fibrous samples, including elastic, water-bearing, oily and fatty materials. Applications include agriculture, environment and soil, electronics and RoHS testing, coal, chemistry, plastics, medicine, feed, grain and dried plants.
The 98.5 mm rotor runs from 6000 to 18000 rpm, giving peripheral speeds of 31.4 to 94.2 m/s. Feed size is below 10 mm and final fineness below 40 μm, set by ring sieves with apertures from 0.08 to 2.00 mm. Ground sample can be collected immediately after feeding into a 900 mL collecting pan holding up to 300 mL of sample.
Typical uses include preparing plant samples for C, H, N determination, coal and coating samples for ash and calorific tests, and feed and food samples for nitrogen and protein analysis. Tough plastics can be frozen before grinding. A touch control panel, low noise and easy cleaning simplify routine work.
