Overview

Product overview

The LWP-S3-20VF and LWP-S3-30VF are ultrapure water purifiers that produce 20 L/h and 30 L/h from municipal tap water, dispensing at 1.5 to 2 L/min from a built-in 8 L pressure tank. They supply two water grades: purified water at 10 to 16 MΩ·cm with TOC below 30 ppb, and ultrapure water at 18.25 MΩ·cm with TOC below 3 ppb, heavy metals below 0.01 ppb, endotoxin below 0.001 EU/mL, RNases below 1 pg/mL and DNases below 5 pg/mL.

Pre-treatment uses a washable 10 µm 316L stainless steel pre-filter in place of PP cotton and a long-acting KDF stage to remove chlorine and heavy metals. An RO membrane rejects 97 to 99% of ions, followed by a dual-wavelength UV lamp to reduce TOC and a 5000 Da ultrafiltration module to remove pyrogens. Filters are U-type quick-connect cartridges.

A backlit LCD monitors RO conductivity and UP resistivity online, with alarms for water quality, pressure and full tank, filter replacement reminders and touch-key dispensing. A TDS pen is supplied, and an RS-232C interface and telescopic dispensing gun are optional.

Features

Key features

  • 01

    Two water grades

10 to 16 MΩ·cm purified water and 18.25 MΩ·cm ultrapure water from one system.

  • 02

    Washable pre-filter

10 µm 316L stainless steel screen replaces PP cotton and can be flushed at any time.

  • 03

    KDF pre-treatment

Removes residual chlorine and heavy metals to protect downstream stages.

  • 04

    UV and ultrafiltration

Dual-wavelength UV lowers TOC and a 5000 Da UF module removes pyrogens.
