USC-DII Series LCD Ultrasonic Cleaner
Request a quoteOverview
The USC-DII series comprises three heated ultrasonic cleaners: USC1040DII (10 L), USC1540DII (15 L) and USC2240DII (22.5 L), with ultrasonic power of 200, 400 and 500 W respectively. All operate at 40 kHz, and other frequencies from 20 to 45 kHz can be specified when ordering.
Ultrasonic power is adjustable from 10 to 100%, the bath heats from room temperature to 80°C and the timer runs from 1 to 9999 min. A 3.2-inch LCD shows the model, power, frequency, time and temperature, and also displays over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current and fault alarms. Working parameters can be stored, and a Degas function removes dissolved air quickly to improve cleaning.
The tank is stamped from 304 stainless steel, and the basket, housing and sound-reduction lid are also 304 stainless steel. Each unit has a water level mark, a drainage system and handles on both sides.
