Product overview
The USC-DP series covers seven heated ultrasonic cleaners from the 3 L USC0340DP to the 30 L USC3040DP, with ultrasonic power from 120 W to 700 W. All run at 40 kHz using PZT piezoelectric ceramic transducers, with power adjustable from 10 to 100%, temperature control from room temperature to 80°C and a timer from 0 to 480 min.
Adjustable power suits both cleaning of specialised vessels and sample pretreatment such as homogenisation, emulsification, dispersion, extraction, degassing and dissolution. A degassing action expels dissolved air from the liquid during operation, and the dual-protection circuitry matches the transducers precisely.
The cleaners are used in schools, research institutes and the pharmaceutical, food, healthcare and chemical industries, and for precision parts such as circuit boards, optical lenses, medical devices and glassware. Models of 6 L and above include a drainage system and anti-slip handles.
