Product overview

The VACC100 vacuum controller measures and controls vacuum from 1 to 1000 mbar for laboratory systems such as rotary evaporators, filtration and drying setups. It works in single-point mode or programmed mode, storing up to 5 programs of 5 steps each, with vacuum level and time set for every step.

Settings are entered on a 5 inch TFT touch screen. All parts in contact with vapor or liquid are made of PTFE, PP, silicone and ceramics, resisting corrosion from organic solvents, water, acids and alkalis. The sensor tolerates overload pressure up to 1500 mbar.

A built-in vent valve can feed inert gas into the system, and one-stroke decompression simplifies assembly and dismantling. The controller can switch the pump power off once a stable vacuum is reached to save energy, or run with the pump continuously on. It supports vacuum pumps up to 400 W at 50 Hz or 500 W at 60 Hz.
