Product overview
The DOV-P and DOV-PV vacuum ovens dry heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized substances in medicine, food, light industry, chemical, agricultural research and environmental laboratories. Two capacities are offered: 52 L (DOV-55P, DOV-55PV) and 91 L (DOV-90P, DOV-90PV).
Temperature is controlled from ambient +10 to 250 °C with ±1 °C fluctuation using shelf direct heating and multi-stage PID control. Each pluggable shelf is heated and controlled independently, and the vacuum reaches below 133 Pa. A color touch screen gives menu-based programming and real-time display.
The chamber is SUS304 mirror stainless steel with an embossed SUS304 exterior, an observation window and thickened aluminum silicate insulation. Alarms cover over-temperature, sensor faults and excessive vacuum. The PV models include a vacuum pump with an air filter on the line to extend pump life. A spare independently controlled shelf, RS485 to USB interface and built-in printer are optional.
