SHK-R20V Vertical Oscillator
Request a quoteOverview
The SHK-R20V vertical oscillator is designed for rapid mixing, cell disruption and tissue homogenisation of plant and animal samples, and meets the extraction requirements of QuEChERS pre-treatment methods. It processes up to 576 samples per batch at 500 to 1800 rpm with a maximum amplitude of 32 mm.
Programs can include up to four gradient steps of up to 10 minutes each, repeated for up to 20 cycles with rest times of up to 60 minutes, and a delayed start of up to 12 hours. Up to 50 methods are stored and run from a 7-inch colour touch screen, and the unit checks load weight before running to prevent overloading. Standard racks hold 20 × 50 mL, 38 × 15 mL, 10 × 100 mL or 54 × 2 mL tubes, and custom racks are available.
An electronic door lock stops operation when the cover opens, with a mechanical emergency release and a front emergency button. A viewing window with LED lighting, a gas-assisted lid and internal sound insulation complete the compact design.
