AutoEmpore Automated SPE System for Large-Volume Water Samples
Request a quoteOverview
AutoEmpore is a LabTech automated system for solid phase extraction of large-volume water samples, including clean water, surface water, municipal wastewater and industrial effluents. Fast sample loading, automatic online filtration and water removal replace many manual steps and shorten processing time.
Samples load directly from the original bottle through a short pathway, without pre-filtration or transfer. Each channel runs its own method with a dual independent syringe pump system for accurate flow control. Up to 8 solvents sit on top of the unit, and the system works with 1 to 20 mL cartridges and 25 or 47 mm disks, with a 90 mm option.
The modular design runs 3 or 6 samples per unit, and up to four units can be combined for 12 channels. Control is by wireless tablet or the instrument panel. The inert, PFAS-free construction suits EPA 533, 537 and 1633 methods, and applications extend to pesticides, mycotoxins, APIs, oil and grease and PAHs.
