Product overview
The LabTech EV Series brings rotary evaporation from the laboratory to pilot scale. Two models are available, the EV20 for 10 or 20 L flasks and the EV50 for 50 L, for pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and food and beverage work that needs scalable distillation.
A vertical triple-coil condenser with a large condensation area supports high sample recovery, and an online feeding function allows large volumes to be distilled continuously. The sealing system provides corrosion resistance and airtight performance. A large color touch screen shows all parameters, and the built-in vacuum controller runs distillation programs of up to 100 steps.
The PTFE coated stainless steel bath works with water or oil up to 180 °C under intelligent PID control, and a floating switch detects low water level. A motorized vertical lift, dry-run, overload, over-temperature, overcurrent and leakage protection, and a complete glassware set are included.
