Overview

Product overview

The LabTech Extrapid is a manual solid phase extraction workstation designed for large-volume samples and routine SPE in environmental analysis. It offers a cost-effective alternative to automated systems while keeping precise control of each extraction.

Each channel is independent, which prevents cross-contamination. Efficient 3-way valves control sample collection and waste discharge, so there is no need to switch the vacuum pump on and off, wait for venting or drain the vacuum chamber. A flow control valve keeps flow rates accurate and reproducible, and a flow path switching system collects organic and aqueous waste in separate reservoirs.

Extrapid works with 1, 3 and 6 mL cartridges and 47 mm disks, with a 90 mm option. All parts in contact with solvents are PTFE or stainless steel. It is compatible with EPA 533 and 537 protocols and is available in an inert, PFAS-free version.
