Flex-MVP EVO Vacuum Concentrator with End-Point Detection
Request a quoteOverview
The LabTech Flex-MVP EVO is the advanced version of the Flex-MVP. It concentrates up to 16 samples to a defined volume under controlled heating, vacuum and rotation, and adds automatic end-point detection and independent control of every position.
End-point detection at 0.5 or 1 mL uses an invisible light (Far-IR) optical design with an independent liquid level sensor. LabTech states it gives reliable detection with no signal attenuation and is not affected by particles, bubbles, sample color or high temperature, which overcomes the limitations of traditional sensors in complex matrices.
Each position has its own sealing system. When a sample reaches its end point, a dedicated solenoid valve releases the vacuum for that sample only, so it can be removed while the others keep running. All 16 positions can be selected individually in the software, and the instrument keeps the Flex-MVP features of immersion heating, shaking bath and dual-condenser solvent recovery.
