Flex-MVP Parallel Vacuum Concentrator

The LabTech Flex-MVP is a parallel vacuum concentrator that removes solvent at reduced pressure, so evaporation is faster and runs at lower temperatures that protect heat-sensitive components. It is suited to thermosensitive samples and offers high solvent recovery, which reduces solvent emissions.

Sixteen positions accept 200 mL or 50 mL concentration cups. Each vial is fully immersed and heated in the water bath, and a shaking bath creates a vortex in each sample that enlarges the evaporation surface and prevents overheating. Each vessel is sealed and discharged through its own pipeline to prevent cross-contamination, and single samples can be added or removed at any time without stopping the others.

The vacuum pump, condenser, waste bottle and controller are consolidated in one unit. A dual-condenser tower recovers solvent vapor and exhaust gas, and the touch screen software adjusts temperature, vacuum and shaking in real time with graphical gradient curves. The transparent chamber allows visual checks, and the top cover can be exchanged for MVP-12 or MVP-48 covers.
