Request a quoteOverview
LabTech liquid nitrogen generators let a laboratory make its own liquid nitrogen on site instead of relying on deliveries in cryogenic containers. Four models produce from about 8 up to 80 litres per day, removing delivery delays, rental and transport costs and evaporation losses.
An integrated air compressor and multi-stage filtration supply clean, dry air. Pressure swing adsorption with a carbon molecular sieve separates the nitrogen, which is then cooled by a cryorefrigerator with a helium-based cold head and liquefied at -196.76 °C in the built-in dewar. A smart level indicator pauses production automatically when the dewar is full.
Installation is plug and play, and a colour touch screen shows all parameters in real time. LN2 is dispensed by turning a valve through the integrated hose. Safety features include a built-in oxygen analyzer with alarm, an interlock system and an emergency button. Uses range from cryopreservation and NMR to IVF, cryogenic grinding and food applications.
