Product overview
The LabTech LMH and LMHPLUS series produce pure hydrogen with a long life multilayer PEM electrolytic cell. They serve as carrier gas for GC and GC-MS, fuel gas for FID, collision gas for ICP-MS and for refilling metal hydride tanks.
The LMH models use a desiccant column and deliver above 99.9999% purity at 10 bar. The LMHPLUS models use a maintenance-free PSA drying system for 24 h/day operation, reaching above 99.99999% purity and 12 bar, with 16 bar optional. Flow rates range from 180 to 1200 cc/min.
An electronically controlled gas/liquid separator checks for internal leaks at start-up, operating parameters are monitored continuously, and the LCD touch screen manages all functions. A built-in water tank with auto-refill, RS232, RS485 and USB interfaces, digital I/O and an optional hydrogen sensor are provided, and the units are stackable.
