Product overview
The LabTech MultiVap 6 is a basic, cost-effective sample preparation instrument with six independent channels. Samples of up to 40 mL are concentrated directly in the vial, without transfer, which reduces transfer losses, improves recovery and saves time.
Nitrogen flow is adjusted separately for each channel, and each needle can be moved up or down to the most efficient position. Nitrogen blowdown is combined with heating from an aluminum alloy dry block, from ambient to 120 °C with P.I.D. control, chosen to avoid water vapor interference and give uniform sample temperature.
An open view of the vials allows the volume level to be checked during evaporation. Interchangeable aluminum blocks accept a range of tube diameters.
