SPE2000 Fully Automated Multi-Channel SPE System
Request a quoteOverview
The LabTech SPE2000 is a fully automated, multi-channel solid phase extraction system that streamlines sample preparation for environmental, food, chemical and pharmaceutical analysis. By automating the whole SPE workflow it improves consistency, efficiency and reproducibility.
Six and eight channel models process up to 60 or 80 samples per batch, in parallel or sequentially. The system handles sample volumes from 1 mL to 4 L with 1, 3 and 6 mL cartridges, uses up to 8 solvents, and includes automatic online filtration for samples containing particles and a four-way waste discharge system. Pressure-responsive syringe pumps increase thrust as needed to resist clogging.
Racks are identified automatically to reduce handling errors. An 11.6 inch touch screen gives access to step-by-step method programming, and the software monitors solvent volume, gas pressure and system status in real time, checks sample and tube settings and calculates method and batch durations with live run-time updates.
