Product overview
The LabTech WSPE is a manual vacuum manifold for solid phase extraction (SPE), a sample preparation method that combines extraction and chromatography for separation, purification and concentration of samples.
Unlike conventional manifolds, the WSPE uses a patented valve system that regulates the flow through each individual cartridge, which is essential for reproducible SPE results. The WSPE12 processes 12 samples and the WSPE24 processes 24 samples simultaneously.
The glass chamber resists solvents and prevents condensation and discoloration, the anticorrosion cover keeps its shape under high-pressure working conditions, and a screw-type, solvent resistant regulator gives accurate vacuum control. The PTFE rack holds 11, 13 and 15 mm tubes.
