Overview

Product overview

The AET series is a thermal test chiller for industrial gas cooling. Compressed air passes through a built-in dryer to a dew point of -70 °C or below, is cooled and heated, and leaves as a stable, constant-pressure stream used to control the temperature of chucks, chamber environments, heat plates, material shuttles and electronic components.

Models AET-4025, 4050 and 4095 reach -40 to 250 °C; AET-7025, 7050W and 7095W reach -75 to 250 °C, with 25, 50 or 95 m³/h air handling. Outlet accuracy is ±0.1 °C and remote process accuracy ±0.5 °C. AETR is the eco-friendly refrigerant version.
