Product overview

ETCU units control process temperature by regulating facility cooling water through Siemens or Honeywell valves, with no compressor. The series spans ETCU-005W to ETCU-300W, 5 to 300 kW at a 15 °C difference to the cooling water, with tank volumes from 5 to 240 L.

Accuracy at the steady-state outlet is ±0.05 °C over 5 to 90 °C. Below 40 °C, compressor hot-gas heating is used and the enclosed design allows 24-hour continuous operation; the units are used for semiconductor front-end to back-end processes and as extra channels in FLTZ multi-channel systems.
