Product overview
FLTZ single-channel chillers control one fluid loop with a PID algorithm, magnetic-drive pump and electronic expansion valve, holding ±0.1 °C (customizable to ±0.01 °C). LNEYA offers them as process chillers (5 to 90 °C, 6 to 40 kW), thermal chillers (-25 to 90 °C), low-temperature chillers (-45 to 90 °C), recirculating water chillers (-80 to 90 °C, 0.6 to 3 kW) and recirculation chillers (-100 to 90 °C), plus a 15 to 25 °C variant.
Water-cooled models carry a W suffix, and compressor hot gas provides heating without a heater below about 40 °C. Typical uses are wafer processing, packaging and test equipment where temperature stability affects yield.
