Overview

Product overview

The GD chip aging chamber simulates the working conditions of chips in extreme environments, applying high and low temperature to accelerate aging so early-failure parts can be screened out in a short time. It is intended for semiconductor and PCB aging tests.

Range is -40 to 150 °C with 1 °C/min heating from -40 to 125 °C and 1 °C/min cooling from 125 to -40 °C unloaded; rates can be customized between 5 and 25 °C/min. LNEYA provides a model data sheet on request.
