Product overview
These chambers simulate temperature, flow rate and pressure conditions for power-battery samples during performance, safety and life-cycle testing. The GD-9000 models have independent upper and lower chambers; the GD-1000 has a single 100 x 100 x 100 cm cavity. They pair with a KRYCH antifreeze loop with 1 to 40 L/min flow control at ±0.2 L/min.
Chamber uniformity is within ±1 °C unloaded, cooling is possible directly from 100 °C and a variable-frequency compressor saves over 20% energy. Safety features include explosion-proof chains and pressure relief on the door, a fully welded stainless steel door, SUS304 inner chamber and 100 mm insulation. Data can be acquired and exported.
