Product overview
The GD-518-2-C-DC climatic chamber creates controlled temperature (and humidity) conditions to accelerate aging of chips and electronic products and estimate their reliability and lifetime in a short test. It has left and right cavities of 60 x 124.5 x 65 cm each.
Range is -80 to 150 °C with 1 °C/min heating and cooling rates between -40 and 125 °C, electric heating and cascade refrigeration. Inner box is SUS304, insulation is glass-fiber and polyurethane, and air-cooled or water-cooled condensers are available. Communication is TCP/RS485 with CAN customizable.
